We install and repair traditional style water heaters and tankless water heater systems for your home or business.

  • Traditional Style Water Heaters

    Traditional Style Water Heaters

You’re probably familiar with the traditional style of hot water heater that has a large tank, usually in a 30, 40, 50 or 80-gallon capacity. A hot water heater that is ten years old or older will probably be much less energy efficient and effective than a new one. New units have increased energy efficiency and can be a good replacement choice for homeowners on a budget. We install new gas or electric water heaters and repair older ones to get them operating at peak performance.

The installation process involves draining the water from the old tank, removing supply lines, and hauling out the old unit before setting up the new one. At this time, all of the existing plumbing will be inspected for safety and leakage, and repaired or replaced if necessary.

  • Tankless Water Heaters

    Tankless Water Heater

A major advantage of this type of water heater is avoiding the frustration of running out of hot water in the middle of a shower! These are great for large families. The units are very compact in size, which is great for installations in tight spaces.

Tankless water heater installation--Installation of tankless water heaters begins with removing the traditional water heater tank and replacing it with an electric or gas heating unit to heat water directly. Also known as on-demand water heaters, tankless water heaters heat only the water needed as it travels through the heating unit to the tap.  When you aren’t using hot water, no energy is wasted on heating it. On average, homeowners can save up to 35% of their water heating costs with a correctly installed tankless water heater. These water heaters have a long service life with minimal maintenance. Many of the newest models feature wireless connectivity allowing you to control temperature, monitor status, or allow remote diagnostics.

We repair and provide maintenance on all models of hot water heaters.

One of the ongoing maintenance recommendations for all hot water heaters is to make sure that heat exchange elements are free from lime scale. This buildup can have serious impacts on the efficiency of the system, causing water heaters and boilers to run longer burner cycles. This leads to strain on the system and shorter lifespan.

Lime scale buildup will differ based on the quality of the water being used, location, and amount of use.
